GENERAL RACK MOUNTING

  1. All racks are designed for wall mounting.  Please choose the appropriate screws and rawl plugs to suite the surface you are attaching the rack to.
  2. We’d advise starting this job with 2 people to ensure the racks are mounted securely and straight.
  3. Ideally find a flat and even section of wall to mount your racking.
  4. Ensure all of the screws are tightened and that the rack is secure to the wall.
  5. The racks are pretty tough but we’d advise not to hang your body weight from the various components as this may damage the hinges.

WHEEL RACK

  1. Follow the general instructions above for mounting the main racking.
  2. Once this is in place securely, add the individual wheel sections. *Do not over-tighten the bolts*
  3. Adjust the position accordingly to ensure sufficient space for front & rear wheels to sit above each other.
  4. The arms to hold the wheels will fold up and down as required. Just adjust the tightening bolts accordingly.
  5. Tighten the bolt when in the upright position to ensure the arms remain in vertical.

BIKE RACK

  1. Follow the general instructions above for mounting the main racking.
  2. Adjust the hand wheels to allow for the front and rear forks to drop into place.
  3. We suggest attaching the front forks first for initial security and stability of the bike.
  4. Then align the rear wheel and chain catcher before tightening the rear hand wheels.
  5. Adjust and tighten the arm clamp to secure the position for the rear forks.

COMBINATION RACK

  1. Follow the general instructions above for mounting the main racking and respective wheel and bike fittings.
  2. Ensure spacing between the bike and wheel racks to avoid the wheel and pedals from clashing.
